Mit „Raven/Owl“ erscheint im Mai 2016 das erste Album der Band.
Die zwölf Tracks von „Raven/Owl“ bilden das ab, was die Band seit vier Jahren miteinander verbindet: Die Leidenschaft, das Gute aus vielen Musikstilen zu nehmen, und es zu einem eigenen Klang vermengen.
Klar definierte Gitarren, getragen von einem wuchtigen Bass und pointierten Drums, prägen den Sound. Der mehrstimmige Gesang schafft Fläche.
Alternative, Folk, Pop und Psychedelic-Einflüsse kommen zusammen. Es mischt sich Punkrock mit hinein, immer wieder bricht die Freude am Funk durch. Ganz bewusst folgt der Tritt auf die Bremse: Balladen mit Jazz- und Noise-Anleihen komplettieren das Album „Raven/Owl“.

„Raven/Owl“, published in May 16, is The Grey Lodges first album. It’s reflecting the bands work within the last four years: The passion of combining the best of various musical styles and creating a unique sound. It’s defined by a crystal-clear guitar-sound, a massive bass, trenchant drums and polyphone singing.
„Raven/Owl“ combines influences of Alternative, Folk, Pop and Psychedelic. Sometimes there’s some punk rock coming around, meeting up with the joy of playing the funk. Finally they hit the brake: jazzy and noisy ballads are completing the album.
